Ethan Donald Smith, of Salisbury, Maryland, died on Thursday, April 18, 2024 due to a fatal motorcycle accident. He was born in Brockton, Massachusetts.
Ethan graduated in 2020 from Mardela High School and became employed as a landscaper. Ethan’s hobbies included riding his motorcycle and fishing. He was also an accomplished violinist and pianist. He was a pleasant, kindhearted, and humorous young man, who loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him.
He is survived by his mother, Michelle Louise Smith, one sister, Tarah (A. J.) Phillips, both of Mardela Spring, Maryland, two brothers, Christopher Smith, Seaford, Delaware, Joshua Smith, Hebron, Maryland, four grandparents, Margaret Grant, Ocean Pines, Maryland, Janet Chilton, Fall River, Massachusetts, Donna (Dennis) McLeod, four nephews, Dylan Smith, Luke Smith, Hebron, Maryland, Parker Phillips, Mardela Springs, Maryland, Tristan Smith, Delmar, Delaware, two nieces, Karliegh Stewart, Mardela Springs, Maryland, and Mila Smith, Hebron, Maryland, three uncles, Edmund (Stacy) Decosta, Joseph (Jen) Raymond, Newton (Mariam) Smith, four aunts, Susan King, Julianne Stevenson, Margaret (Charles) Wooten, Lianne (Mark) Torok, and a host of extended relatives and friends.
Ethan was preceded in death by his father, Leland Smith.
